Monitoring Stack is a self-hosted Grafana stack running in the ops cluster. Prometheus scrapes all GKE workloads via the Prometheus Operator. Loki uses a scalable distributed deployment backed by GCS. Grafana OnCall handles alert routing and PagerDuty escalations.
